Never on time with scheduled 8am service to work truck , last visit was told by tech would probably cost $ 150 to replace broken glass in mirror driver side , asked for quote and on return was told $ 850 , last visit was told by tech would probably cost $ 150 to replace broken glass in mirror driver side , asked for quote and on return was told $ 850 , had both broken pieces ordered and replaced for $ 110 , Unacceptable More

When purchasing my Toyota Tundra through Copeland I was sold on adding a remote starter and I was promised a free oil change. When I came to pick up my truck, the remote starter was not installed. They tol sold on adding a remote starter and I was promised a free oil change. When I came to pick up my truck, the remote starter was not installed. They told me “oops” and that I could call and schedule my own installation of the remote starter with the outside vendor. On top of that, when I arrived for said free oil change, I was told they had no record of the said oil change. To make things worse, not only did they have not have record of the free oil change, they charged me double what I could have been charged at our local jiffy lube. $200+ And just under 2 hours of my time for what should have been a free an oil change is unacceptable. Not only was I overcharged for this service that I was promised for free, upon arrival I was questioned as to why I was servicing my Toyota at a Chevy dealership.I would NOT and CAN NOT recommend doing business with this dealership. More

They rushed me through papers after dealers hours . Try email it’s the only way to get a response . Ben is great getting back to his customers so the 2 points go to him others wise this dealer gets a big negative score . I wouldn’t send my worst enemy there More
