Last weekend I had my rear glass shatter from the cold air. Colonial West Service department towed my vehicle to the shop, ordered the new glass and had it replaced the very next day. Just took my 2018 Chevy Trax in for repair at Colonial West the other day. The service department took my car in for repair very quickly and gave a estimate for go ahead with the repair. Excellent experience working with the support team at Colonial. Was recently having issues with my serpentine pully and it was determined that I had an issue with the water pump. I was a little nervous at first since I had never used a shuttle service when repairing a car. As I got in the car for my ride home I saw my repair car being driven into the bay just in time, as it started shuttle service when repairing a car. As I got in the car for my ride home I saw my repair car being driven into the bay just in time, as it started raining and my sunroof was stuck open. The man driving me home was very nice and conversation was not a problem. Couple hours later I get a text saying the driver will be sent out in about 15 minutes and Jackie rechecks the address, as the car is done. Driver shows up and the ride back is just as pleasant as the ride in. I grab my keys and find out the problem and drive off with a smile, Thanks More
