Since the very beginning, Madison has been wonderful and extremely professional taking the time explaining the situation w my car. You can tell just by the way she does her job that she has the best interes extremely professional taking the time explaining the situation w my car. You can tell just by the way she does her job that she has the best interest of the customer in mind. Which is a true asset for Hyundai. Not trying to "just" make extra sells "if" they are paid commission. Unlike one of the other representatives that was trying to help me until Madison was available. He told me flat out "that he had spent too much time with me" I can promise you I WILL NOT USE HIM AGAIN. I understand that they are busy and we all need to make money. In my opinion being in sales myself. It was very unprofessional of him. Madison is top notch. I appreciate her work ethic. More

It took a couple tries figuring out what was actually wrong with my car but all in all, they went over every possibility and it seems we found the issue and it’s been fixed. I've been to the service department several times for routine maintenance. Each time each time was the same. Courteous, helpful and friendly. The last two times that I was there Mirena Napier was my Serv routine maintenance. Each time each time was the same. Courteous, helpful and friendly. The last two times that I was there Mirena Napier was my Service Advisor. Mirena is what every employer wants in an employee that deals directly with the public. If only she could be cloned! For her and the entire Service Department I can only say WOW! Didn't think it was possible in this day. Thanks! More
