Excellent service department extremely helpful staff. Job was completed when they said it would be and for the price discussed. I was very happy with Jannell Ford. Staff is rude not helpful at all My vehicle has been at Jannell Ford for more recalls. Last recall i had they said it was fine and now my check engine light is on and it's the same i My vehicle has been at Jannell Ford for more recalls. Last recall i had they said it was fine and now my check engine light is on and it's the same issue The don't want to honor the recall and staff was extremely rude and not helpful. I will never purchase another ford again especially from Jannell Ford More

Both Jannell’s service and sales departments have always been so good to me! The owners are present and involved daily.
