Car Purchase Staff was courteous and not pushy sales people. Sara who was my sales person, was very helpful, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. She as Staff was courteous and not pushy sales people. Sara who was my sales person, was very helpful, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. She assisted me in figuring out my new car. Carmine assisted me with the purchase price and made sure everything I requested was available for me. I would definitely recommend them and Watertown Subaru. By the way, Shannon in the service dept is an outstanding employee. Every time I went in for service with my other Subaru, she was most helpful, caring, courteous and made sure everything was taken care of before I leave. If I had any issues, she went out of her way to assist me. You couldn’t ask for a better employee Thank you. More

Great Product and Great Team We had brought our two Subarus---bought in another state before we moved back to CT-- to Premier for service during the past year and were totally im We had brought our two Subarus---bought in another state before we moved back to CT-- to Premier for service during the past year and were totally impressed with their level of attention to details and commitment to quality. When we were ready for a new car, we met with Jeff and Sarah who spent copious amounts of time answering our questions about Subaru's advances in tech and engineering since our last purchase. When our Forester XT arrived, Sarah patiently guided us through the enhancements Subaru has made recently to improve on what had been a somewhat complex program. Sherry helped us through the protection insurance and the final touches on additional protective coating were made in the Service Department the following day. Our experiences with all Premier employees--including Eric, Darius, Maria and others who are not on this list were very pleasant and rewarding. The Premier Team could not do enough to make our shopping and buying experience a huge success. Great product. Great Team. We'll be back in a few months to update our Impreza! Ann and Jim More
