To save time, all I can say is that Rachel Santos was a key figure in why we bought from Premier a second time. Rachel was friendly. She went above to satisfy our concerns ( missing toe hook) and had i key figure in why we bought from Premier a second time. Rachel was friendly. I would have to say, the first time visiting the dealership I was met by Casidy Vaughn. From that point forward, I have to say, it was a class 1 experience. I appreciated, too, how patient Casidy was with me on this deal. (Had a lot going on) I completely LOVE the car. Everything I need to feel safe and comfortable in my travels.
