I was having technical difficulties that were impossible to fix. The service manager, Eddy Cooke, immediately stepped in and tirelessly worked the issues until everything was resolved. He went above and beyond and took responsibility for Toyota. Things happen all the time with cars, that’s normal. What counts is how well a service department performs in those situations. More
