I was having technical difficulties that were impossible to fix. The service manager, Eddy Cooke, immediately stepped in and tirelessly worked the issues until everything was resolved. He made it right, acc to fix. The service manager, Eddy Cooke, immediately stepped in and tirelessly worked the issues until everything was resolved. He made it right, accommodated me at every step. He went above and beyond and took responsibility for Toyota. Things happen all the time with cars, that’s normal. What counts is how well a service department performs in those situations. More

I had made an appointment for Saturday 1/13/2024 at 8:00 a.m. 10 days in advance to have brakes reworked and oil change on our 2015 Highlander. I brought the vehicle there Friday before closing and it was parked in the bay ready to ego first thing in the morning. The service rep knew what was to be done to the vehicle and the keys were placed on her desk.Saturday a.m. at 7:58 I received a text stating that work would begin on my car. I called to check on the progress about 11:00 and was told it would be about two hours. I then got a ride about 1:00 and when I arrived I walked back to the shop and noticed my car-not being worked on . I then found a shop guy and he told me that they had just pulled in the car. I asked him how long before he completed the brakes -he said 1 1/2 hr. I asked him why they were just getting to my car and he said man we got slammed this morning. I guess making appointments and having the vehicle there ready in advance of the appointment doesnt'make any difference to your service department - I have certainly lost confidence in them, I guess I fall near the bottom of the pecking order with Lost Pines Toyota service dept. I ended up leaving there with my car at 3:30 - closing time was 4:00 More

I have brought my vehicles to Lost Pines for more than 10 years and have bought two new vehicles from you, also have spent thousands of dollars in your service department. I don't understand why when I made years and have bought two new vehicles from you, also have spent thousands of dollars in your service department. I don't understand why when I made an appointment for a simple oil change, and having arrived will was told it would take an hour to one and a half hours. Yesterday, after having made an appointment for an oil change sent my son with the XB and told him to arrive early so he would not miss the appointment. Got a call from service saying they did not know why he was there, and an oil change would be 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Ask why, service person said he arrived 16 min too early and that they would have to ensure they had all the parts for the oil change. This appointment was made well in advance, this isn't the first time have had such problems with a simple oil change. If this is such a problem, let me know I will do oil changes at a different location. Thank you. John McFadden. More
