Gil made the entire buying experience easy and stress-free. He really knows the Forester. And Curt made the intricacies of buying a car in Arizona when you live in New Mexico straightforward. Terrific experience in Part and Service depts after purchase I returned to Tucson Subaru dealer a few days after purchasing my 2017 Forester to buy some interior accessories. I had already compiled a potential l I returned to Tucson Subaru dealer a few days after purchasing my 2017 Forester to buy some interior accessories. I had already compiled a potential list of items and got great assistance from Scott Buford in making my final selections to maximum my dollars spent. Scott also was able to provide installation assistance along with a helping hand from Kevin and take all the packing trash away. When you normally buy parts you do not get any further assist - this was wonderful service. I also saw that the customer ahead of me got the same terrific service as Scott provided him with a print out of downloaded installation instructions for his parts orders - again, above and beyond. More

In the space of one weekend in October 2016 we purchased two lightly-used Subarus (2015 Forester and 2016 Impreza), and have returned several times for added trim, paint and upholstery treatment, and accessories. Before we purchased, the sales agents made sure that we were getting the best vehicles fitting our requirements and that we received a fair price for our trade-ins, and went out of their way, even after the sales had been finalized, to make sure we got everything we might want or need for our vehicles. We look forward to maintaining our warm relationship with Tucson Subaru and the dealership's friendly and efficient staff for many years to come. More
