We hadn't bought a new car since 2017, then we walked into Tucson Subaru last September met Joe and bought a new Crosstrek. Returned 3 weeks ago to have it serviced and ended up driving home with a 2022 into Tucson Subaru last September met Joe and bought a new Crosstrek. Returned 3 weeks ago to have it serviced and ended up driving home with a 2022 Chevy Colorado which was not part of the plan. Tucson Subaru was easy to work with for the trade-in our our older model and purchase of a new vehicle. The office and waiting spaces for customers are clean and comfortable. I appreciate the snack, coffee, our older model and purchase of a new vehicle. The office and waiting spaces for customers are clean and comfortable. I appreciate the snack, coffee, tea, & filtered water. The location is also close to all the stores and restaurants one could want, if you experience a wait. Joe Micoletti is a professional and an effective communicator. He ensured our expectations were set appropriately with regards to the timeline of the closing process and I appreciate his straight forward manner. The sales dept experienced a landmark day on the afternoon that I went to purchase the vehicle and there was a long wait to pay for it and complete the close out process, however this was communicated to me and genuinely apologized for. The whole place was working hard to make it as comfortable as possible for the customers; but there was a bottleneck at that point--only two gentlemen to close sales out. Kevin Gribble in the finance dept had the longest day but maintained his eye for detail that is vital for his profession, but not always a given! He was thorough and ensured the job was completed correctly. Finally, the general manager, Terry, really showed that Tucson Subaru (from the top down) values its customers and their time by giving us an unexpected discount on an accessory due to the excessive waiting time. They did everything they could to try to make up for the wait. Often times, management will apologize for a situation and it doesn't feel genuine or that they care to make process improvements; in this case I felt it was sincere and a good example of management actually improving the customer experience with something immediate and within their power.
