Purchase / Return Of Outback Cargo Mat Over the course of several days, I purchased Subaru rubber floor and cargo mats for my Forester and my son's Outback. I worked with Scott Buford on ev Over the course of several days, I purchased Subaru rubber floor and cargo mats for my Forester and my son's Outback. I worked with Scott Buford on every interaction. (He was great!) I purchased the wrong mat for my Forester. Scott immediately credited my account, He made it easy. At the time of my purchase, the dealership did not have any Outback cargo mats in stock so Scott ordered one. When it came in I received a phone call stating my order was in. When I went to pick it Scott confirmed with me I had received a call. I appreciated that follow-up. When I delivered the Outback cargo mat to my son, he realized he already had one. So the next day I took it back to the dealership. I told Scott what happened and he said, "No problem. Happens all the time.". Again, he credited my account and gave me my receipt. He told me to keep the receipt until I verified the credit had posted to my account. Scott was always polite and made things very easy for me. I truly appreciated his service. Kudos to Scott. She quickly dispensed with a few questions about Eyesight and Navigation, and continued with a thorough explanation of some of the deeper instrumentation and settings. Also, Darla sent us a very helpful video showing us how to synch the rear view mirror with our garage door opener. I would deffinitely reccommend the encore delivery to all Subaru customers, and I would commend Subaru for offering the service. Highest Marks to Darla and Tucson Subaru! More

He did a great job handling his part of the inevitably tedious transaction process - overall it was relatively painless - and spent a meaningful amount of time and attention going over the vehicle. Most amazing car buying experience ever!! It has been almost 13 1/2 years since I had to deal with purchasing a vehicle. The moment my son an I stepped onto the Tucson Subaru lot, we started It has been almost 13 1/2 years since I had to deal with purchasing a vehicle. The moment my son an I stepped onto the Tucson Subaru lot, we started to look at the vehicles sitting outside the showroom. There were sales people standing there, but, no one "pounced" on us immediately. They allowed us a few moments before a pleasant gentleman came up to us and said, "Hello, my name is Steve. (shook our hands) Do you have any questions I might be able to answer for you about our vehicles?" Steve listened, we all talked and laughed a lot and I ended up with my wonderful Crosstrek. Last, I met Traci and she was a blast. Explained everything clearly. Was comfortable to talk to and just a shear joy to work with. The next day, I had to return with some paperwork for my trade in. This is when I met Scott. He was pleasant and very informative about some accessories I purchased. All I can say is...Amazing staff!! "No pressure" sales people. Most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had. Highly recommend Tucson Subaru and Subaru vehicles. More
