Nothing personal, but my experience at Don Davis Nissan service dept was sadly the worst experience I’ve had with any dealership service department. None of the Don Davis representatives that I spoke with service dept was sadly the worst experience I’ve had with any dealership service department. None of the Don Davis representatives that I spoke with on the phone or in person showed any interest in providing a pleasant experience or quality customer service. Sammy is one service advisor that showed understanding and an effort to take an extra step to help me in a confusing situation with my vehicle’s warranty. I appreciated that. But unfortunately, he told me he would call me back in an hour the afternoon we talked, but I never heard back from him. My car was with the dealership for 6 full days, I ended up paying $99 and received no service to my vehicle, only a diagnostic. I didn’t have enough money to pay for what was diagnosed, and they told me that I needed a transmission flush (a critical maintenance need). I hoped to at least have the $99 go towards that, to help smooth out an already awful experience. My request was denied. This was my first experience with Don Davis Nissan, and likely my last. More

I had an amazing experience! The customer service was great and they took care of the issues and communicated everything that was going on. My car was repaired based on codes found through a diagnostics assessment. My car was returned to me after some repairs we done but I still ran into the same issue. Upon return to the service departme diagnostics assessment. My car was returned to me after some repairs we done but I still ran into the same issue. Upon return to the service department Sammy showed that he was very concerned about the malfunction that was happening with my car and he reassured me that they would figure out what was wrong before returning it to me a second time. He stayed in contact while they worked on my car. I have had my car back for a week now and it seems to be running fine. More

They are horrible especially in the case of time management. Dealer informed me car should be ready on Wednesday, Wednesday came and all of a sudden they’re still working on the vehicle . I extended my rental car to Thursday since I was informed Thursday it will be ready … I check on my car Thursday afternoon and now all of a sudden the mechanic is having a hard time with a bolt/ screw! After going to pick up my vehicle Friday night I wasn’t greeted , I was given the keys to my vehicle which wasn’t pulled around for me I had to find it in the parking lot . After looking at the invoice parts were $1000+ and labor was $2300+ which makes me feel the car was kept longer just to get extra funds … esp when I had someone go up there on two occasions and informed me my car wasn’t even being worked on when I called … More
