The issue was not resolved when I initially brought the vehicle in for service. The car was kept for 3 days and nothing was resolved. The service department is one of, if not the cleanest, comfortable and welcoming that I have ever visited. Adrian Alonso proved to be the most helpful service advisors I have worked with.
