My car was repaired based on codes found through a diagnostics assessment. My car was returned to me after some repairs we done but I still ran into the same issue. Upon return to the service departme diagnostics assessment. My car was returned to me after some repairs we done but I still ran into the same issue. Upon return to the service department Sammy showed that he was very concerned about the malfunction that was happening with my car and he reassured me that they would figure out what was wrong before returning it to me a second time. He stayed in contact while they worked on my car. I have had my car back for a week now and it seems to be running fine. More

They are horrible especially in the case of time management. Dealer informed me car should be ready on Wednesday, Wednesday came and all of a sudden they’re still working on the vehicle . I extended my rental car to Thursday since I was informed Thursday it will be ready … I check on my car Thursday afternoon and now all of a sudden the mechanic is having a hard time with a bolt/ screw! After going to pick up my vehicle Friday night I wasn’t greeted , I was given the keys to my vehicle which wasn’t pulled around for me I had to find it in the parking lot . After looking at the invoice parts were $1000+ and labor was $2300+ which makes me feel the car was kept longer just to get extra funds … esp when I had someone go up there on two occasions and informed me my car wasn’t even being worked on when I called … More

We weren't pleased with Don Davis on our visit. Took Sentra there because abs & traction control lights were on. Made an appointment for Thursday @ 9:00 am. They had for whole day & didn't ev Took Sentra there because abs & traction control lights were on. Made an appointment for Thursday @ 9:00 am. They had for whole day & didn't even touch it until Friday. Then after we called several times he finally called back. He told us that it needed new transmission! I was very surprised as it was still shifting smoothly. We pd. Our insp fee & told him would have to get 2nd opinion. We took to DFW transmission & he called back same day & said it was front wheel bearing. He replied that & serviced transmission& had him do front brakes also. Don't believe wilbe returning to Don Davis for anything else.Disappointed Terry & Teresa Lewis More
