Horrible Experience I purchased a 2014 Camaro less than 30 days and the car facts did not mention an accident on this car but in closing the Manager Sammy said someone ba I purchased a 2014 Camaro less than 30 days and the car facts did not mention an accident on this car but in closing the Manager Sammy said someone backed into it and the Camaro sign had to be replaced and they will replace it the next day. I said ok and the very next day I had to get air in the tires and remove a nail. The salesman Julious said he would fix the tire pressure issue because the light was on while test driving the vehicle before I left with the car and he didn't fix the problem I had to get fire stone to remove a nail. But the problem is fire stone said the tires need to be replaced and the car is vibrating really bad on the driver side and I got an alignment done on the car yesterday.Everytime I call the dealer they are avoiding my phone calls. Two weeks after purchasing the car I told them I was having tire issues and the manager said bill me if it's more than a nail and now he tells the salesman Julious he didn't say that. I push down $6000 and now I have no funds left and trouble with this car. More

AWESOME EXPERIENCE! David & Matt followed up and answered every question I had before I took the drive from Alpharetta to Alabama. Knowing that I had a puppy, Matt sugges David & Matt followed up and answered every question I had before I took the drive from Alpharetta to Alabama. Knowing that I had a puppy, Matt suggested that I bring him along because the dealership was pet friendly....WIN. Once we got there and I saw how genuine they all were and honest.....SOLD. I haven’t bought a car in 13 years because the process is very overwhelming but this was such a great experience that I would recommend Royal Automotives to anyone. Matt checked on us during our drive down and even followed up by checking on us on our way up. David was very attentive and helpful throwout the process. Sammy was great closing the deal. Very personable and I can tell he loved what he did and stood the company name. This dealership is one of the best! Try them out, you won’t be disappointed. More
