Chrissy and Austin were both very helpful and kind. Sal seemed indifferent, I felt as though I was inconveniencing him. I’m not certain if it was because it was busy and I didn’t have an appointment bu Sal seemed indifferent, I felt as though I was inconveniencing him. I’m not certain if it was because it was busy and I didn’t have an appointment but dropped in due to a tire blow out. I ended up being there for four hours. Upon arrival I had a young man greet me, he stated someone would be with me directly. I waited for 30 minutes before, going back and asking about when my car would be seen. Sal walked by and the young man let him know that I had spoken to him on the phone and was waiting for my car to be looked at. Sal passed it off to Austin which was fine, Austin did a wonderful job assisting me. I’ve been using this locations service center for 23 years and have experienced this before. More

I had an appointment but still waited 20 minutes in my car for Sal. Was told service would take about 1 1/2 hours to complete. Service took four hours and all I was told is that the service dept. was shor car for Sal. Was told service would take about 1 1/2 hours to complete. Service took four hours and all I was told is that the service dept. was short staffed. Sal Campisi III took another 20 minutes to complete my paperwork but told me he gave me 20. off several times. About 5 miles from the service dept. an indicator light came on and then the low tire pressure lights came on. I made a U turn and headed back to the service dept. Sal was no where to be found and a nice lady by the name of Lexie came to hel p me. She had the issue fixed in ten minutes drove my car around the lot to be sure the gages were reset and topped my tank off with gas. I was so relieved. It was now rush hour which I had hoped to avoid but at least I knew I had plenty of gas. I will not be asking for Sal. He failed to follow up with me and I feel he made excuses way to late. I'm in my seventies and had a very long and stressful day due to Sal's inability to communicate. They failed to remove the paper mat and there were also black fingerprints on my drivers door. More

I could never ever in good conscience tell anyone to go to Regal Honda to repair their vehicle they did not repair my car for what I took it there for and charge me $3196 for the repairs and when I took th to Regal Honda to repair their vehicle they did not repair my car for what I took it there for and charge me $3196 for the repairs and when I took the car back for them to fix it they tried to charge me another $2000 and I said no I went to pick the vehicle up and they had lost the key kept me sitting there over an hour before I had to get upset before they actually told me what was going on with the car so now that the car didn’t get repaired they lost the key the car was there on three different occasions and not once did they offer me a courtesy vehicle or ride until they lost the key and then I had to go back another three times for them to replace the key so NO I WOULD NEVER TELL ANYONE TO GO THERE More
