Overall good experience I came for a routine oil change, and got my CRV aligned and tires rotated and balanced while there. The staff if Extremely friendly and welcoming (tha I came for a routine oil change, and got my CRV aligned and tires rotated and balanced while there. The staff if Extremely friendly and welcoming (that s half the reason I go there) the waiting area is accommodating with the snacks and drinks. Nice touch. The only problem I have is that I spent 2 hours and 20 min waiting. It seemed like an eternity. Just wish they were a bit speedier. But I will continue to use Honda of Cleveland for the quality of work and the friendly staff. More
