If I could give a negative I would. He was the absolute worst service manager I’ve ever encountered. I strongly urge people not to do business at this establishment. Rob was yelling at me in front of my four year old. Then told me “I don’t want to fix your car” after canceling numerous appointments and not fixing the same issue four different times. Completely inappropriate and disgusting. Stay away! More

Salesman did an outstanding job. Had issues with rear rims. Both management and service departments were completely uncooperative. They offer of fixing the rim and a $500 credit if r Had issues with rear rims. Both management and service departments were completely uncooperative. They offer of fixing the rim and a $500 credit if rims couldn't be fixed is inadequate towards the new rims which cost roughly $2300. That is in spite of review of photographs from when we had first looked at the truck that showed the damage both of those rims. It was incredibly difficult to deal with service manager when his mind was already made up about the damage to the rims prior to our arrival. Mr. Zeidenberg, in my opinion, is not management material especially considering his prior background. Being a family run business we were hoping to support another family run business where we buy three vehicles for our fleet every year. However for a firm who paid for a vehicle in full, and the abysmal treatment we received from Mr. Zeidenberg, we will never return to Scranton Motors again. Nor would ever recommend to this dealership to friends, family, and colleagues. In fact we would recommend against using them all together as a result of the despicable treatment Mr. Zeidenberg subjected us to when we first approached him over this issue. We have gone to a different dealership locally who have been exponentially more helpful in resolving the issues we encountered with a brand new vehicle. More

I will never return to Scranton again. They put new tires on, front end alignment was off. They told me it must be the roads. I went to Town Fair Tire for alignment, tech there told me he They put new tires on, front end alignment was off. They told me it must be the roads. I went to Town Fair Tire for alignment, tech there told me he could not get the castor aligned. something with the bolt, bring it back to GMC they should fix it. Brought it back to Scranton another 4 hours of wasting my time. They wanted to charge me again to fix their problem. Scranton wanted another. $199.00 and maybe another $50.00 for shop supplies. No Happy!!! Plus, I paid town fair $150.00 for front end alignment. More

Great service, friendly and no wait at all. I was offered a lyft ride back home as well as a return ride back to the dealer once the vehicle was ready for pick up.
