Currently residing in Stratford, Rita got into the car business in 1999. She sincerely enjoys working on-line and works hard to promote the great customer satisfaction Premier offers it's on-line customers. Rita brings a lot of "smarts" to the team and she's a lot of fun and really wants to help everyone! Rita takes her pug, Zoe, camping with her at least a couple times a year. Rita and her boyfriend, Jimmie, just adopted their second pug, Ace. Rita also likes to hang out with her family as much as possible. Rita's favorite saying is, "They always can hear you smile when you're on the phone."

Love Premier Subaru I just purchased my 3rd Subaru from Premier Subaru and as always get great service. I feel that they stand behind their vehicles - new and used. Rita was very quick in getting back to me on used vehicle inquiries and Dmitri was very attentive and knowledgeable with my last 2 used Subaru purchases. He was also sure to follow up afterward to inquire about the vehicles and whether I was happy with the purchase and if there were any concerns . I highly recommend Premier Subaru. More

I worked online with Rita at home at my convenance obtaining information about a new Forester Touring. She promptly responded to all of my emails providing me with clear concise answers to all of my questions. After receiving all the information I needed to make a decision, I arrange an appointment at Premier to move forward with leasing a Forester Touring. During my appointment I met Jason, he explained all aspects of leasing to me, this was the first time I leased a vehicle. Jason easily completed all of the paperwork needed to lease my new Forester. Jason, is very competent and knowledgable about all Subaru vehicles. Both Rita and Jason were a pleasure to work with and made me feel very comfortable. I am thrilled with my experience with Premier. My husband and I are repeat customers we purchased our first Forester in 2007. We are very happy we returned and will return again without hesitation. Ted showed me all the features in the car I was looking for explaining how they works and was very transparent about the financials. Good overall experience Purchase on 7/2/14. We initially contacted Premier Subaru via email then phone, calling about a new car purchase to replace our 2004 Forester, and th Purchase on 7/2/14. We initially contacted Premier Subaru via email then phone, calling about a new car purchase to replace our 2004 Forester, and then focused on a pre-owned 2014 model that was on the lot. We asked as many questions as we could in order to avoid a wasted trip to the dealership (an hour away). Our questions were answered in detail, courteously and patiently. We emailed Rita and Kim, and followed up with calls that were answered promptly. Our concerns about car cosmetics were answered with close-up photos that Kim snapped and sent. When we arrived, we were greeted by Adam who had the Forester prepped and ready for us, knew every detail about the car, gave us time to get acquainted with it, listened to the concerns we had and satisfied every single one of them. Minor scratches, for example, were touched up and buffed while we waited. Update 7/14/16. One oversight is related to our purchase of the Subaru Gold + warranty. It was not disclosed to us that there is a $100 deductible for each visit. Keep this in mind if you are interested in purchasing this contract. There is a slight pulsation in the brakes at highway speeds that is not present around town. We did not notice this on the test drive but do not plan to drive back for this issue. New Outback 3.6 I was shopping for a new Outback and they were referred through COSTCO. Rita and I had a nice text message exchange where she assured me they had a several 3.6 Outbacks on the lot, which is a little unusual. So, the following day I went in to have them evaluate my trade and go for a test drive. They offered more than anyone else for my trade, and the new car price was through COSTCO, so things were easy as pie. Everyone was pleasant, professional, helpful, and patient . No high pressure tricks, it was all very easy. More
