Chat with me for a few minutes, and it’s easy to see why I dig my job. Put simply, I believe in the product – and the Don Ayres Experience. My coworkers and I don’t just sell cars, we build meaningful relationships with our customers. I have been the Honda sales manager at Don Ayres since November 1999 and before that I was in sales for 3 years. My father sold Honda's here for over 20 years, so it is really a family affair. I've been married to my beautiful wife Kara since 2004. We have 2 awesome children, Caleb and Savannah. We have lived in the Fort Wayne area all of our lives and enjoy going to Hamilton lake and spending time with family.

Customer Care at its Finest My wife and I have always received Excellent Service on every visit whether it be a service call or new vehicle purchase. We have been a customer for over 9 years and they make you feel like family! We have sent many family and friends to Don Ayres Honda for vehicle purchases over the years also. We highly recommend Ty Odle for sales! He will make sure you purchase the vehicle that works best for your family's needs and budget. Our service professionals are Doug Settle, Jeremy Sullivan and our favorite Troy Johnson. They care for our vehicles as if they were there own on every visit. They always update you on any service detail and make sure you leave with a clean vehicle. Overall Excellent Service on Every Visit because you become family! More

Happy 2014 Crosstour Owner I spent an inordinate amount of time doing my due diligence, so I didn't feel like I needed to be "sold" anything, but knew what I wanted. In turn th I spent an inordinate amount of time doing my due diligence, so I didn't feel like I needed to be "sold" anything, but knew what I wanted. In turn the Gabe Tichenor did his due diligence as well, making sure I had been shown other options in my price range. Bottom line: I love my Crosstour now and loved it from the minute I drive it off the lot. Perfect car for me, its size and versatility is exactly what I wanted. Kudos to the Don Ayres dealership for a great car buying experience. More

New 2015 CRVEXL-My Dream Andy Hitzemann, the Honda salesman has helped us purchase new Hondas for the past 7 years or so and before that another excellent salesman who has sin Andy Hitzemann, the Honda salesman has helped us purchase new Hondas for the past 7 years or so and before that another excellent salesman who has since retired helped us purchase Hondas going back to 1986 with a new Civic. We have also purchased several used Hondas from Don Ayres over the years for our children and the service department and the body shop have always provided excellent service. We are already thinking of buying a new Honda HRV in the near future so we hope Andy is still around when we are ready. By the way, our first Honda was a 1979 Accord hatchback we had to buy used because back then there were no new ones in stock. More

Sales and Service are excellent!! I bought my 2011 Honda Accord from Don Ayres new. The salesman, Bill Fenoglio is a great person and a very sincere salesman.
