I took automotive courses early on at a community college. I then went to be a lube tech at a few different shops and eventually became a service writer at a dealership and stayed there for about 9 years. I recently made the move from Seattle to here in Cleveland and have started my journey here at Metro Lexus. I moved here mainly for the cost of living but I also like experiencing new places, people and environments. Every state, city and neighborhood always have their own personality and perspectives. The experience here has been great, busy, but great. All the system are completely new to me but everyone is very helpful and it has made the transition a lot easier.

I have been dealing with Metro Lexus for 20 years. That tells you something. I have been loyal to Lexus and Metro Lexus because I believe in the quality of the vehicles and the quality of the dealersh That tells you something. I have been loyal to Lexus and Metro Lexus because I believe in the quality of the vehicles and the quality of the dealership. Our household has purchased a dozen vehicles over the years and we have had no regrets. Our most recent service with Metro and Paul Cooper in particular left us feeling well cared for once again. I have encouraged friends to experience Lexus and I’m proud to have been responsible for at least 3 purchases and 3 happy Metro customers. More
