I had a lower tire pressure warning on the interstate. I️ was alone with my daughter. Called Jim Ellis and got Melissa she got us right in on Saturday afternoon. The Quality of Service has diminished tremendously. 3 cars and now I am thinking about leaving due to mishandling of basic communication between service tech and customer. The new service Tech is the w 3 cars and now I am thinking about leaving due to mishandling of basic communication between service tech and customer. The new service Tech is the worst I have seen. Misguiding customers, talking down to other Jim Ellis Team members, and just is not engaged with any empathy for the customer. Just had a terrible experience and when I came back to discuss the issues. Instead of taking time to review my last service a couple of days ago, Tom decided to guess at all the work that was completed and was totally wrong. Everything he was saying I. Was telling the other Jim Ellis team member, that is not correct. The look I got from Tom was not good. If he only taken my phone number and reviewed my file. This is how far Jim Ellis service department has diminished. After speaking with the Service Manager, Nick Rose, it really gave me hope that there is a person in leadership that get it.
