Have purchased two autos from Universal the first was very unpleasant this new purchase was real positive and professional in all phases. 10 years; 5 cars with service plans. This was the least satisfactory experience from a sales side. Although Nick was very Friendly and Genuine I felt from an experience stand point I drove the sale by know satisfactory experience from a sales side. Having to follow up on delivery and gave him the softball pitch sale in the end. I do tip my hat to Nick for reaching out about my tint I managed to negotiate for but wound up paying out of pocket for because even though the “lifetime warranty” is an option if you pay it’s not if you are credited it. Shame on me for not asking for more I guess. Robert in finance has closed 3 deals for me in the past and I was happy to see him again. He was the only person I spoke with that genuinely “did something” for me which was go through the best rates I was entitled to based on my credit. Not holding Nick or Robert accountable for the fish tank finance games. Playing with payments is getting to be archaic. Having to explain how I was worse off due to a “deal” I was getting for “loyalty” was insulting. $1000 rebate to pay 3.59% vs a 1.99% rate I was entitled to with no rebate… just refinance was there answer to me. At least Robert understood. More
