Purchase of an Odyssey // Ongoing Service of 2 Hondas I have had several poor experiences taking my vehicles to "quick lube" centers and local shops for both routine and non-routine repairs. Those places I have had several poor experiences taking my vehicles to "quick lube" centers and local shops for both routine and non-routine repairs. Those places are certainly cheaper...at first. Many don't keep ongoing service records, and those quick lube centers seem to always end up stripping the bolt on the oil pan requiring a pricey repair. Don Ayers handles things differently. Yes, you will pay more for certain types of service, but so far I have noted that the average price of service work has been usual and customary. On top of this, I get top notch service and a constant "What can we do for you?" attitude as opposed to the typical "Here's what I may do for you as time permits." Now, I have purchased a vehicle and have had them take over service on another and have been entirely happy at all points. Highly recommended. More

Spot on service! I had a low tire so I called service. They got me in, shuttled me home, called to tell me I had a nail in the tire. They fixed it no time and called when the car was ready. I called the shuttle service to take me back. They got me back to the service dept. quickly. Fast, friendly, efficient service all the way around. I am SO happy with my Honda and everyone I've dealt with since day one. Bar none! More
