Customer satisfaction all the way Nanika at the dealership went out of her way to get the GTI with the specifications I wanted. This is special because the other 4 dealerships I talked Nanika at the dealership went out of her way to get the GTI with the specifications I wanted. This is special because the other 4 dealerships I talked to told me I will have to order it and wait 4 months. If that wasn’t enough I didn’t have to get into an uncomfortable negotiation over the price. We were quickly able to come to an agreement in the price and my car was waiting for me when I reached the dealership. All I had to do was sign couple of papers and I was out a very happy customer. That was not before Nanika took pains to walk me through all the nitty gritties if the car. This is the best experience I’ve ever had with any dealership. More
