We appreciated his keeping us -- and our priorities -- in mind. He also arranged to have someone else help us when he would be unavailable, and Mark and Mont were great to work with as we finalized our purchase. Curtis, Carlos, Mark, and Mont each spent a good deal of time with us, and we were never rushed, although it sometimes felt unnecessary to wait for the designated person to help us while others were standing around with nothing to do. It also would have been helpful to receive more detailed information on the available warranties earlier in the process, but we were pleased with Mont's guidance about our options, and the financing process was actually pretty slick and painless. Their concierge service was an unexpected plus! We will definitely return to this dealership. More

There was no pressure, the sale person was very knowledgable and helpful. They even offered to bring in na vehicle we were interested in seeing that was located at the Southtowne dealership. Compared to some of our previous experiencers in purchasing vehicles in the Salt Lake area, this one was a dream. We especially liked the fact that the purchase price was a fair one (with documentation) and there was no haggling or negotiation involved. Altogether a very positive experience. More
