10 years and a couple of cars ago we had purchased a Used Car from Lance. When the time came to buy something new again and we had grown tired of the other dealerships in the area and thought to make the mo Car from Lance. When the time came to buy something new again and we had grown tired of the other dealerships in the area and thought to make the move back to Mark Miller. Lance had provided excellent customer service, never making us feel that we were a bother and made me feel like my happiness and satisfaction really mattered to him. When I checked the current employee list on your website, I was ELATED to see that Lance was still here so I emailed him. He called me... on his day off (because he is amazing like that!) and assured me that he'd call when he got to the office the next day. He hooked me up with Tony and the rest is history I guess! We are a proud owner of a 2020 Legacy and lifetime supporter of Subaru now. The car is amazing and the staff is even more impressive. I am so thankful to have come back! The crew here is incredible! More

Very professional, facility is super clean. I bought a used Subaru and the mechanic told me to take it in for the airbag recall. Not only did the recall get taken care of at my home, the tech a I bought a used Subaru and the mechanic told me to take it in for the airbag recall. Not only did the recall get taken care of at my home, the tech also did an overall inspection of the car. Very helpful to know that everything is fine, oil, filters, etc, except for the tires. Subaru even hooked me up with a free carfax report on the used care I bought. I later went in to buy floor mats and I was so impressed with the cleanliness of the facility. Everything is so clean, including the repair shop. Thank you so much for the special care. More

No pressure just perfection I was so happy to have found Mark Miller. I have a family friend who works there and my parents have bought from him before. The help I recieved as a I was so happy to have found Mark Miller. I have a family friend who works there and my parents have bought from him before. The help I recieved as a first time car buyer was incredible. They knew exactly what to do and where to help. Everything was so low key, they did not push me to purchase a car and I knew they wanted me in something that’d make me happy. And the car I did get, they spent so much time fixing it looks as if it was brand new. They believe in the quality of sales rather than the quantity. It’s not about making bank on every person that comes in, it’s about making sure that person goes home in something they really want. More
