Minor inconvenience when picking up the car. I expected that after two weeks, the sill guards would have been installed on the vehicle when I picked it up. I had received an email while on vacation stating that the parts had arrived. So, somehow, there was no commuication between sales/service (like an 'auto-alert') to have the parts on the car upon pickup. So, I ended up having to come back the next day with an appointment and wait for an hour (a reasonable amount of time in my opinion) for the door sills to be installed. I would have expected that this shouldn't have had to happen with me noticing that the car did not have the door sills installed. More

I had an appointment and the technician thought I was there for oil change, no clue about my last oil change since they did not look at all records and finally found it when the manager showed up. When my family experienced an accident and we had to purchase a new mini van, they helped us do that, including one in a timely fashion. This occurred not once, but twice. Many years later when driving to work was using up lots of gas per week, Jason, from the service department, suggested during a service visit that I look at a Hybrid for my next purchase. Jason made sure I was informed as to the benefits and reasons for switching to a Hybrid. I then spoke with Rick Kissner, from Sales, who had sold me a Sienna in the past, to show me the pluses about a Hybrid and helped guide my decision between a Highlander Hybrid and a Sienna Hybrid.
