Door sill guards were requested by me two weeks prior to pickup as I went on vacation the day after I received a call from Scott indicating my pre-ordered car had arrived. I expected that after two weeks, the sill guards would have been installed on the vehicle when I picked it up. I had received an email while on vacation stating that the parts had arrived. So, somehow, there was no commuication between sales/service (like an 'auto-alert') to have the parts on the car upon pickup. So, I ended up having to come back the next day with an appointment and wait for an hour (a reasonable amount of time in my opinion) for the door sills to be installed. I would have expected that this shouldn't have had to happen with me noticing that the car did not have the door sills installed.
