Did not have a compatible loaner vehicle was told that there were no others available, but when I complain that I didn’t have a compatible adapter, there were at least five cars other than the one they or there were no others available, but when I complain that I didn’t have a compatible adapter, there were at least five cars other than the one they originally gave me, so not honest. There were still a few small scratches in the areas that should have been taken care of. More

Very poor service Took truck in for leaking transmission line,after 2 days they told me it would be 3 more days before part came in from Atlanta ga. After asking if the Took truck in for leaking transmission line,after 2 days they told me it would be 3 more days before part came in from Atlanta ga. After asking if there was not a dealer local who had part they said yes but they had no one who could drive to dealer and pickup part,so I went and picked up myself and took to them,I paid for part and they at lake norman tried to double the price of part although I had already ps for it. More
