They Always manage to fit me in, car always leaves better than it arrived! Always takes the time to make sure my vehicles needs are met, and keeps me in the loop on everything so nothing is a shock when it c than it arrived! Took my car back in to have the grease cleaned out of it from the past few times that the service technicians and advisers failed to make sure it was done. Judd set me up with Scarlet Padilla to have this t from the past few times that the service technicians and advisers failed to make sure it was done. Judd set me up with Scarlet Padilla to have this taken care of. She is the only person in a while, other than a chosen few, who actually cared about how I felt about my car and the condition I received it in after service had been performed on it. She had it cleaned to my specifications, as well as removing the grease smell. She even took care of a different issue that occurred while the car was in the dealerships possession. I was seriously impressed. Her professionalism AND personal approach to me as a customer gave me a feeling that she really knows how a person feels about their car and how it is cared for when being repaired. Her approach should be used as a training tool. A customer can get stressed when they have to spend money and time to take their car to a shop for repairs. When they have to take it back to get it cleaned out because a sloppy mechanic doesn’t take the precautions to keep that residue cleaned up, it looks like they don’t care. When I get a monotone answer on whether it was cleaned after a repair, I know it wasn’t. Car repairs are insanely expensive and the way Scarlet interacts with a customer and made sure my car was taken care of softens that blow just a bit. The ratings below are for Scarlet. More
