For operating and managing an above and beyond kingdom base business! automobile salesman`s and service depts. have gotten a bad reputation from other dealers in the past, ( I know this for a fact ) I have purchase many from them, NO MORE! But to finally find such a dealership as this, it is Truly Amazing and Awesome! I will not buy from anyone else anymore! To Mike and All personnel, I know it`s hard work being No.# 1, but it`s worth it for the Kingdom of GOD! I am completely ALL IN, even if I should desire another brand, I will seek J C Lewis to acquire it for me! I bless God for Mike Offer and ALL personnel at J C Lewis Ford and I bless God for the Lewis Family for starting such a kingdom base business! I spent a few weeks researching vehicles and looked in both Savannah and Hilton Head Island. I had a great experience at JC Lewis. I typically dread buying a vehicle - but I have to say that JC Lewis made both Savannah and Hilton Head Island. I had a great experience at JC Lewis. I would like to give a BIG Thank you to Mike Offer and his team for getting me into my 2014 Ford Explorer Limited, I had been looking for an Explorer Limited @ the right price starting in July 2013, I had his team for getting me into my 2014 Ford Explorer Limited, I had been looking for an Explorer Limited @ the right price starting in July 2013, I had checked with all the local dealers including dealers in Atlanta, Columbus, Lithia Springs and dealers in north Fl. and none of them could meet the price that I was willing to pay or they gave me the run around trying to sell me something that I didn't want. Long story short one Friday sitting @ the computer about ready to give up on the Explorer and go on and purchase a Toyota, I decided to check the Savannah dealerships on line, JC Lewis being just one of them that replied to my email. On Saturday morning I got a call from Emily Baack and I told her what I was looking for and the price that I was willing to pay and also the offer that was made by another Ford dealer which was $800.00 more than I was willing to pay for the Explorer that I wanted, @ that time she told me that she would get Mike Offer to look into it and get back to me. Later that day David McCalla called me also and we talked about what I was looking for and what I was willing to pay, the rest of the day we played phone tag. While sitting @ my computer checking my email @ 10.30 pm on a Saturday night I get an email from Mike Offer with a deal on a 2014 Explorer Limited that was priced right but was missing the moonroof, Mike replied by on Sunday morning telling me that he would find what I was looking for and on Sunday night he did just that, after looking @ the window sticker I told him we had a deal so guess what happen next, I was planning to drive down to Savannah David called and said the other dealership would not release the Explorer, later Super Mike gives me a call and assures me that they would find another Explorer and that's exactly what he done. David gives me a call and we get a date setup for me to make the 3 hour drive down to Savannah and when I get there David rolls out the red carpet the moment that I drive up in the parking lot, he welcomes me and go over the car with me and then brings Larry Bonorato over a very nice guy which goes over all the forms in details, all papers signed and a very HAPPY Willie. Mike Offer is the hardest working man in car sales that I have ever met, he makes it look so easy that you just want to go out and purchase a car, again Thanks Mike & crew for getting me in the Explorer limited that I was looking for. My husband and I had THE BEST experience with J.C. Lewis Ford and all the employees we worked with! They went above and beyond our expectations, got us the vehicle we needed, and were just amazing with cu Ford and all the employees we worked with! I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new vehicle of any kind! They were NEVER pushy in any way, and always made the visit about us, our wants and needs. They always answered our questions to the fullest, and very professionally yet friendly! The dealership itself is very inviting, with a wide range of vehicles to choose from! Giving honor to God for All things! This was the 4th time in my life buying a new car.... But the first FORD.. If not for the staff of J.C Lewis I would to this day never own a FORD.. My sales experience started before setting foot on lot o the first FORD.. If not for the staff of J.C Lewis I would to this day never own a FORD.. Overall it is still a good experience with the staff. It was a late Saturday afternoon when purchased. I was not aware I could not put the size amount on my debit card and neither did James or anyone else. was a late Saturday afternoon when purchased. James and I got along really well and I really was impressed with his attitude. Attitude reflects leadership. Peter is a mans man plain and simple. He is direct and has the ability to make you feel that the dealership you are at is the best one from any in the surrounding area. He and I actually found out that we knew a lot of the same people. Mr. Offer has stayed on top with Peter working on getting me in this car. What a name for a car salesperson....Offer? :) The only downside is that the Lux product I purchased was left up to me to get this done instead of them offering me a time to drop the car off and getting someone to bring me into work. I purchased the extended warranty and was comfortable with how James explained this. Vicki was always pleasant and courtious with not just me but everyone I saw that came in there or who she spoke to on the phone. I plan on getting some stripes put on the car and Strpes Etc was reccommended. Knowing that this company does their stripeing for the dealership it would have made it easier for me if the dealership could have set this up for me along with the Lux treatment and have it all done at onec instead of me setting up time on my end. The techincal side of this car and manual that is pretty long will take some time to figure out. Another item that the dealership could look into when a car is bought late. More
