extremely disappointed I had high hopes for working with J.C.Lewis Ford because my sales rep was very helpful, and I had heard great things about the Fiesta I was purchasing I had high hopes for working with J.C.Lewis Ford because my sales rep was very helpful, and I had heard great things about the Fiesta I was purchasing. However, it's been a horrible experience since the day I bought my car. In less than one year, my brand new 2013 automatic Fiesta has had to have the clutch system replaced twice! Furthermore, when I brought the car in recently for the third time with the same issue, the General Manager claimed (repeatedly) that there was no record of the second time I had the clutch system replaced. Yet when I asked a service center employee to check the system the next day, the information was readily available, clearly stating the work that had been done. This is not the first time I have gotten mixed messages from the J.C. Lewis staff, as I was told by a service representative the second time I brought the car in that my car was an anomaly and that the problem was new, but a few days later when I called to ask when my car would be ready, I was told that there were 2 other Fiestas ahead of me in line to have the clutch replaced (for the same issue as mine). While I'm hopeful that the problem is now fixed, I have felt completely unsupported by J.C. Lewis Ford. Although it is more inconvenient, I will be looking for a different dealership to assist me with future repair work. More

Customer Service was outstanding I just want to say that I had my car towed to Ford because the battery I thought had died going through my warranty they called Out Bluewater Towing. I just want to say that I had my car towed to Ford because the battery I thought had died going through my warranty they called Out Bluewater Towing. Somehow during the tow my car had acquired grease marks in my car. After contacting Bluewater towing and they refusing to do anything about it I wrote an email to Mgr at JC Lewis Ford about not using Bluewater ever again and the reason for it cause my warranty came with the towing. Mike Offer replied back to me immediately and took care of the situation at hand that I was upset about. I have bought all my cars from there in the last 14 yrs and will continue to do so just because of the outstanding customer service I have received. Chase in the svc dept went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of properly while there on numerous occasions. Thanks so much for the outstanding customer service. Its not often that you come across exceptional customer so when that does happen I like to make sure they are recognized. More

Excellent, Knowledgeable Service I have a 2013 F-350 DRW that was due for an oil/filter change along with fluids, and tires checks. I was able to make my appointment on JC Lewis' webs I have a 2013 F-350 DRW that was due for an oil/filter change along with fluids, and tires checks. I was able to make my appointment on JC Lewis' website very easily. When I arrived the day of the appointment, I was met quickly and efficiently by Darryl. Services were performed while I waited and completed rapidly. The entire process took ~ one hour and all went well. I feel very confident in letting JC Lewis work on my vehicle. More

I made an appointment with the Service Department for my first-ever service call for my new Ford C-Max; when I arrived at the appointed time, the staff was prompt, friendly and courteous. I even ran into m first-ever service call for my new Ford C-Max; when I arrived at the appointed time, the staff was prompt, friendly and courteous. I even ran into my Salesman, David McCalla, who was also very friendly--even fixed a problem I was having with my personal I-Pad while I was waiting for my service to be completed. The waiting room provided to me while my service work was being performed was comfortable, clean and well appointed. The service work was performed within the time estimated by the very nice lady who handled my appointment. The entire service experience was positive, prompt, comfortable and well organized at a price I thought was very reasonable. And, I love our new C-Max!! Stan Thornton More

Most enjoyable buying experience that I have ever had in my forty years of buying vehicles. My internet query was not only answered promptly, but Emily made several recommendations, which encouraged me and my forty years of buying vehicles. My internet query was not only answered promptly, but Emily made several recommendations, which encouraged me and my wife to drive the 65 miles to JC Lewis, to shop. She introduced us to Robert , who was extremely personably, professional and "no pressure"! He sent considerable time with us to ensure that we selected the vehicle that WE really wanted and liked! Mike made us welcome and ensured that his staff was doing everything to meet/exceed our needs/desires. Alberto made the paperwork process, pleasant and informative answering all of our questions with ease and full understanding! I will recommend JC Lewis and this great staff to everyone!
