Been in Business for 100+ years! I have purchased 2 automobiles for JC Lewis in the past 18 months. Car shopping and buying is NOT one of my favorite experiences. I was replacing my Chevrolet Tahoe and planned to purchase a new one. I found out, being somewhat new to Savannah, that JC Lewis has been in business for 100+ years. not only is that a milestone, but you must be an excellent business to last that long. Particularly in a small town, where everyone seeming knows everyone and a bad reputation can spread exponentially and very quickly. So, after my initial visit, I was "blown away" by the attention, the deal and ultimately the entire experience. I would go no where else in Savannah to purchase a vehicle or have it serviced. More

It was frustrating because the mechanics could not reproduce the shake we were experiencing. After several attempts they called in a special Ford engineer who diagnosed the problem. A part was replaced and JC Lewis had the engineer back to check it out before releasing it to us. At all times, Chase, our mechanic was attentive and kept us informed of the progress. Mike Offer also met with us to assure us they were doing everything to correct the problem. We were impressed by the professionalism and personal service we received. More

I don't think you will find a more willing staff to assist with your new purchase. My last visit was this week for just an oil change, I made my appointment online and when I arrived they were waiting to service my vehicle. In no time at all I was done and on my way. The staff is always friendly and bend over backwards to make sure your visit was handled in a professional way and that you were 100% satisfied with the service you received. Five stars to J. C. Soon I called and Brandon Van Deursen was very helpful. He was able to find the car, I soon bought and give me the information right away over the phone. He as able to talk to his sales manager and provide a sales quote, a VERY GOOD quote on the new Ford Focus within an hour and he emailed it to me as I asked. I called him the next morning and he took my information, we discussed my trade-in and within an hour, he was sending me the final quote, with the financing information, rebates applied, as well as, my trade-in and down payment. He even offered to bring the new car to me and take away my old one. It just seemed too good to be true, so I had to visit the dealership, meet Brandon and see for myself all the hard work J C Lewis Ford of Statesboro, GA and its employees does to meet their customers' needs. We always br My husband and I have been customers at JCLewis Ford for over 10 years now, having bought four vehicles since 2004 (from Peter Hershey.) We always bring our Fords to JCLewis for regular oil changes and upkeep/maintenance. Recently, my Mustang had a couple of power problems; the driver’s power seat and the door handle. Still under warranty, so everything was taken care of without cost to me; however, it’s naturally an inconvenience to have to be without your car for a few days, AND YET! – at JCLewis, everything is always dealt with in such an A+ professional manner. SPECIAL THANKS TO DON JOHNSON!! He was such a pleasure to work with. I enjoy dealing with JCLewis Ford and all the team members there. I am glad there is an Enterprise rental on premises that just made everything so much quicker and easier, and I really like the new refurbishment in the service section – much more comfortable area for both the employees and the customers!
