This was the first time since owning my Hyundai that I have to give Family Hyundai a poor rating. I was at the dealership 4 hours for an oil change and to have brake pads replaced due to inadequate parts have to give Family Hyundai a poor rating. I was at the dealership 4 hours for an oil change and to have brake pads replaced due to inadequate parts previously used. The staff was not courteous and I had to approach them to obtain any information. I missed a very important business meeting caused by the extended time I was at the dealership. I contacted customer service to express my dissatisfaction. My husband and I are in the market for a new vehicle and I had him sold on the Genesis. This poor customer experience has caused me to rethink purchasing a vehicle from Family Hyundai. More

Great service! My antenna , for blue-tooth, radio, etc. was damaged in a local car wash and the service staff got it expertly repaired quickly. I called them on a Monday and the part was ordered and installed on Wednesday. Great job by all! More

OUTSTANDING SERVICE THE SERVICE DEPT AT FAMILY HYUNDAI IS OUTSTANDING. I BROUGHT MY NEW TUCSON IN FOR IT'S FIRST OIL CHANGE AND IT WAS DONE IN RECORD TIME. THE STAFF WAS THE SERVICE DEPT AT FAMILY HYUNDAI IS OUTSTANDING. I BROUGHT MY NEW TUCSON IN FOR IT'S FIRST OIL CHANGE AND IT WAS DONE IN RECORD TIME. THE STAFF WAS VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL, AND WASHED THE VEHICLE BEFORE RETURNING IT TO ME.. ALSO WHEN I WENT TO PAY THE BILL , I WAS TO SURPRISED TO FIND OUT IT WAS FREE !!!! Problems fixed. I had an issue with a previous service that was not complete, and service manager Michael phoned me and promptly fixed that. I have always had good service at this dealership and I bought my car from here. But yesterday I had an appointment for my oil change at 2 pm and then at 305pm I seen my car sitting out there in the parkin bought my car from here. But yesterday I had an appointment for my oil change at 2 pm and then at 305pm I seen my car sitting out there in the parking lot and no one came and to tell me if was done. I said something to a service person and then I continued to have to wait another 20 minutes. I was not pleased with my service experience this time. More

The Service Manager TJ was absolutely awesome. Very understanding and very helpful once the issue was brought to his attention. Before that the service supervisor Mike and whoever he spoke to was not e understanding and very helpful once the issue was brought to his attention.
