I had an excellent experience at Mercedes Benz of Silver Spring. Mr. Chevist Mitchell was my sales consultant. I first met Mr. Mitchell when I visited the dealership in January 2022. I was satisfied with the information and quote I received and decided to place an order for a vehicle to be built. Each month Mr. Mitchell called to provide me with an update on the status of the vehicle. Yesterday, I took delivery of vehicle and it was a smooth transaction from start to finish. Mr. Mitchell provided me with a vehicle orientation and even assisted me with setting up the vehicle in the Mercedes app. Thanks very much for the excellent customer service. More

Due to the chip shortage and lack of cars on the lot, I decided to order my car which wasn’t an issue because the process was smooth and easy. It did take a while for the car to come in but I was ok with b decided to order my car which wasn’t an issue because the process was smooth and easy. It did take a while for the car to come in but I was ok with being patient. When the car arrived, the process again was smooth and quick. The car did come back from the manufacturer with the incorrect rims but the staff at Mercedes quickly corrected it and I am very pleased with my purchase. I will definitely be purchasing another Mercedes in the future from Silver Spring. More

I have Never had the experience I’ve had with my sales rep Percy and the dealership at Mercedes Benz of Silver Springs. After I purchase my vehicle Percy followed up with me he made every effort to make rep Percy and the dealership at Mercedes Benz of Silver Springs. After I purchase my vehicle Percy followed up with me he made every effort to make sure I was satisfied he went beyond the call of duty and was genuinely concerned about my happiness and satisfaction I have purchased other Mercedes from different locations that Percy made me feel like a valued customer and for that I will continue to be a Mercedes owner forever, I was previously a Lexus owner nothing, against Lexus car however to me service means everything, However customer satisfaction means more, trust me I have given Percy/ Mercedes many challenges and they have exceeded my expectations. I have also communicated with the general sales manager Keith Nichols and he went beyond and above to make sure that I was satisfied, also called me back to make sure my concerns were addressed which they were , I am very pleased and happy with my purchase, my dealership, my sales person, and the team at Silver Spring Mercedes.
