JC, I have no idea what, exactly, went wrong here, but we are very sorry that you had not one but two different sales people give what sounds like very wrong information. Part of the problem may have been that they were using one of our computer systems and didn't have exact information, but that's all the more reason they should have either asked you to come in or spoke with the manager. We're glad you were able to get a vehicle at a better price, and we'll be using the feedback you provided as an example of what not to do at our next sales meeting tomorrow. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
