Overpaid for the vehicle. They bait you with a low price then they throw whatever fees they can and drive up the price back up. Chairs are uncomfortable, showroom was very hot They bait you with a low price then they throw whatever fees they can and drive up the price back up. He made the process easy, straightforward, and transparent. A true professional and a really nice guy. I highly recommend asking for him should you be looking for a new Hyundai. My only wish is that the dealership (the physical premises) itself was fixed up and made to look as nice as the quality products they sell. (But I understand this is in the works.) Despite that I will continue to be a Danbury Hyundai customer because of the people, the product and the service. This was the second Hyundai I have purchased from them in 4 years. More
