Very friendly place with very knowledgeable salesmen, especially Omar. He got me the exact vehicle in my exact price range. He didn't feel like a normal pushy salesman. I had a horrible experience with the staff and the sales men Jose. We came in, found a car immediately and went straight to start the buying process. At the very last second before putting down our down pay men Jose. We came in, found a car immediately and went straight to start the buying process. At the very last second before putting down our down payment, he came back and said they gave the car to someone else. Jose kept telling us that we had "first dibs" and "priority" and to not worry about someone else getting the car, he said we had priority no matter what which was a lie. After he told us someone just bought it we asked why he said we had "priority and first dibs". He gaslighted us saying that he didn't mean it and never said that and we must of heard him wrong after we kept asking and he kept saying the same answer to not worry about anyone else buying the car. Jose started to laugh and make us feel horrible. We were very hurt after spending 4 hours trying to get my brother his first car. We then asked to speak to the manager and he was just as rude. Neither of them didn't apologize for wasting our time. Jose never apologized, he only got defensive and had no manner, he couldn't care less. They had no manners whatsoever and wasted our time. All they had to do was apologize for wasting our time and for someone else getting the car and I would have had some respect for them but they did not care. Never have experienced such horrible customer service especially at other dealerships. I'm writing this to hopefully help others not waste their time and being treated with no respect and and manners. Jose also started laughing at my family and I when leaving, extremely disrespectful. More

Went there to look at a Santa Fe pick up … by chance they had just taken a very low milage Porsche Macon S on trade. At my request my sales person Christine began to show it to me. My knowledge of the car was limited so she said come back tomorrow and i will know everything about this car to help u. I did return and she did know everything about the car … patiently showing and teaching me. She also secured every informational document i requested. She was the best. When making the appointment, the staff at Family Hyundai were not knowledgeable about the issue they told me to make an appointment with the technician to investigate the issue with my vehicle. When the tec were not knowledgeable about the issue they told me to make an appointment with the technician to investigate the issue with my vehicle. When the technician look at the vehicle, he resolved it very quickly by stating that the button on the vehicle, where the setting for the camera was turned off. When I arrive to my appointment on time, the porters were very rude to me, telling me that I had to go all the way back to the end of the line and there was a long line to wait. I was very upset with the lack of professionalism handling. And respecting my time. One of the managers came out and I complained to him about the issue with having to wait in the parking lot for over an hour even though I had an appointment scheduled. I appreciated that the Porter did drive me back home. However, when the vehicle was inspected and to be returned back to me, the manager was out at lunch and could not coordinate with me to have a porter pick me up from my home this was frustrating because then I had to get an Uber to drive me to the dealership for a problem that could’ve been resolved over the phone to begin with, and did not necessarily require a technician to inspect the vehicle. I feel that the staff who handle the phone calls are not professional because if you go to lunch, someone should cover the phones. More
