I financed a 2020 Tesla model 3 about 2 weeks ago, everything was fine until I got into the car and noticed a service warning. I was shown a newer looking 2020 Tesla model 3 and was given a different everything was fine until I got into the car and noticed a service warning. I was shown a newer looking 2020 Tesla model 3 and was given a different one from the back where they have most cars parked, or something anyways I was told “ okay we will order a new battery for the car and change it for you on us.” Ok fine. I made a service appointment. While waiting for the appointment I then noticed the battery dies wayy to fast, granted it’s winter time however i shouldn’t have to charge my Tesla at a supercharge twice a day when I’m only driving locally. Or when the car is parked it looses about half its charge. Not normal. The battery has a lot of warning signs. So I make it to the service appointment, was told the battery was changed but not able to be “reset” what ever that means. Point is , service appointment waste of time. Was told they changed the battery of the car. No they did not. I know they didn’t because It stills Saids the same warning signs it did when I took it off the lot and I overheard the mechanics or whoever the service ppl are that they don’t change Tesla batteries here. What I thought would be an easy fix I guess is not. Now im getting the car inspected by tesla soon and hoping they can fix my battery issue. Dealership is so wack for that , haven’t been able to enjoy the car with this issue. More

NO DOUBT! These guys have a great selection of cars, HOWEVER, because of their duplicitous and deceitful business practices and embarassingly horrible custome These guys have a great selection of cars, HOWEVER, because of their duplicitous and deceitful business practices and embarassingly horrible customer service I have to say STAY AWAY! First off, they are guilty of false advertising, posting completely unrepresentative prices as they have "FEES" on the order of about 20% of the vehicle price added in on final invoicing. Also, they have NO concept of customer service and true to the profession's discredit, once they get a hold of your money, they toss you aside like a piece of trash, and what is worse, they PRETEND to try or want to help, but that is lipservice, leaving you making 12-15 phone calls and on hold 10+ minutes til your phone dies or it just disconnects. Within 50mi (and about 45min) after driving off the lot, my engine started misfiring and engine light started flashing. So the next day, brought it to the manufacturing dealer to find and solve the defective problems MSport sold to me off the lot and they fixed the problem AND identified and fixed a model recall that MSport apparently hadn't even thought to look up or address, and M Sport has refused to reimburse me for the repair, suggesting perhaps we go "halve-sies" on it....RIDICULOUS! Stand by the product you sell and take care of your customers, or get out of the xxxx business!! More

Would've been a 5-star review based on 99% of my time (2 different visits, and ~5 hours of time) with the salesperson, Oren, and manager, Manu. However, leaving 1-star (and wish it was 0 stars) due what hap different visits, and ~5 hours of time) with the salesperson, Oren, and manager, Manu. However, leaving 1-star (and wish it was 0 stars) due what happened during the final 10 minutes before the deal collapsed. I was hit with a barrage of additional costs and fees that inflated the out the door price by $10k!!! Including multiple thousands of dollars for the M-Sport Certification (7yr, 100,000 mile warranty), which was advertised on the website and discussed in-person as if it was included in the advertised price, and additional thousands of dollars because I was paying cash instead of financing. At the end, they would not accept a cash offer with an out the door price that was for the advertised price plus sales tax, registration costs, and their documentation fee. Even when I agreed to finance part of the deal, it was still not good enough. Definitely shady practice where the listed price was not ultimately honored, and they wouldn't provide an out the door price until I was sitting in the back room after I had gotten a cashier's check for the full advertised cost of the car. More

Misleading and unethical. They rope you in with a bogus advertised price then add about $10k worth of fees for stuff you don't need or get. FlexProtect that doesn't work, no info on the "warranty" they added in and can't get an update on tags and registration even as the 1 month dealer tag is about to expire. Oh and they'll sell you a car with expired inspection sticker then ghost you when trying to hunt down tags and registration. They mislead, lie and add in exorbitant extra costs. Buyer beware. More
