The part was order. The part was in. The appointment was made. Went to appointment, sat for 2 1/2 hours only to be told that the part was not in. They couldn't have tol The part was in. I had my appointment yesterday for over two weeks to replace my phone charging pad in the car. When I made the appointment I was told the part was ordered and was in stock. SO I made my appointment. My husband and I sat for 2 1/2 hours yesterday only to be told after 2 1/2 hours that the part cant be found, you'll have to make another appointment. I am furious. They called this morning to say the part is now in. I don't want to make an appointment if I have to wait another 2 1/2 hours to be told the part is lost. Not very good customer service. Not happy at all! More

There are usually friendly employees except the managers and supervisors, they do not know how to treat a customer especially customers that have purchased two new cars , service those cars constantly, I wo and supervisors, they do not know how to treat a customer especially customers that have purchased two new cars , service those cars constantly, I would like the managers to listen to the customers when they have a complain about something or some issue. My experience with the manager of the service department has been very unpleasant. I wonder if there is somebody to read these surveys or just a formality , Next time when I come for service of my car I would know if you read this or not and if I find out that nobody has read this I will neve ever do any thing to do with your surveys, Whoever has designed this survey must not know that not every customer has anything to do with sales and sales department employee. It as me to answer the questions about sales, I had nothing to do with sales during this visit only service department More

DeLuca Toyota has done an excellent job and has wonderful customer service. I deft recommend buying a new or used car from them. Excellent service, organized service department, scheduled appointments mean something, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient staff, comfortable waiting area. I love my Highlander!!!
