Richard had Tony Tran actually work with us and Tony was great. After the vehicle price was approved and finalized, it took entirely too long (3+ hours) to complete the paperwork and get the keys. I just took my used 2020 Toyota in for oil it’s first oil change and was informed that I soon will need rear brakes and rear tires.
