Provided excellent service after we discussed some previous disappointments. Traded a 2024 Prius for a 2023 Crown. Had some problems with the Prius after purchase (supply chain issues) and ultimately previous disappointments. Traded a 2024 Prius for a 2023 Crown. Had some problems with the Prius after purchase (supply chain issues) and ultimately found that the Prius wouldn't meet my needs. I received great response and service.
