The completed work was fine, but the customer service wasn’t great. My car was supposed to be finished around 6 p.m. I heard nothing and I ended up calling DeLuca at about 6:15, wondering what the statu wasn’t great. My car was supposed to be finished around 6 p.m. I heard nothing and I ended up calling DeLuca at about 6:15, wondering what the status was, as I needed to call for a shuttle to bring me back. Nothing from Layla until almost 7- she then said my car was ready and I could pick it up now…at 7:00??? I told her I’d take care of it tomorrow. At 8 a.m., I stopped at DeLuca to pay my invoice and at that time, the manager agreed to have my car brought to my home, but it would be after 10. Maybe he meant 10 p.m.? When I returned from work at 3:00, my car still wasn’t back. I called to talk to Layla but only got her voicemail. I needed to know if I should call the shuttle or was my car being driven back to me as promised. I didn’t hear back from Layla for another 30 minutes or so. I had already called for the shuttle to get me. Layla asked if now was a good time to have my car brought home to me. I told her I already called the shuttle for a ride. This is not the customer service I am used to from DeLuca. The communication was lacking. I never received a call with the status of my repair nor did anyone let me know that my car was being brought to me (or not). Two days with no status updates. Very disappointing as I had to rearrange my schedule both days. Jean M. Allen More

As soon as I entered the service office, I was greeted with its been a very busy day , 3 hour wait time and I might have to wait a couple hours because they are behind because of over booking, I should’ve with its been a very busy day , 3 hour wait time and I might have to wait a couple hours because they are behind because of over booking, I should’ve just been greeted and not told all the problems they had today, as a customer don’t need to hear all that , The advisor could learn better customer skills , she could learn from the older advisor next to her, he was speaking politely and professional to the customer, I am normally nicer but I was giving what I was receiving, but I was glad I was out in about an hour, I didn’t even say thank you, because it seemed she doesn’t like her job or dealing with customers More

The young man that took my initial information had the personality of a rock and was either deaf or just chose to ignore my question. The young lady that he took me too was polite but at the end when sh personality of a rock and was either deaf or just chose to ignore my question. The young lady that he took me too was polite but at the end when she came out to speak with us. Said the mechanic recommended several services which totaled about 650 dollars. Half of which would be covered upon our next visit on our extended coverage. I don’t appreciate someone trying to sell me something that is covered. I could have easily not been paying attention. Is this something that is encouraged? Why would she not take care of us? When she asked me would I like to get these done. I responded no and would have told her some of these should be covered. She just snatched the paperwork away and walked off. Someone else checked us out. I didn’t see her again and will not use her again. We have 2 Toyota’s and truthfully we paid a lot of money as everyone does. We have had good services done at your department however I must say my wife and I were speechless when we left. More
