I was at Secor on two consecutive Mondays. The service team is fantastic! On a Monday morning, I pull up and I’m greeted with a smile and a welcome from Anastasia. I was there for regular maintenance but I had noticed another issue. The following Monday my car’s issue was promptly resolved. I feel great knowing my 10 year old Impreza is well cared for by Secor’s Service Team! More

Verbal Communication was good. Quick checkout process. Only issue was that Dealership did not read the self drop off key envelope regarding a separate issue I wanted taken care of. I was disappointed in the service I received in ordering and having installed an automatic starter for my car. First, even though I paid for it up front, they never ordered it until I called them for the 2n and having installed an automatic starter for my car. First, even though I paid for it up front, they never ordered it until I called them for the 2nd time which was 2 months later. Then they had it in 2 days. I had it installed and no one appeared when I picked it up to show me how it worked. Even though I asked. 2 days after installation the car battery died. After replacing the battery and checking everything out, it works fine. I’m enjoying my automatic starter very much. More
