Family Ford is a great Dealership, my first service apt went very smooth it was on time and the service staff were very good. Also the parts dept is very good and have bought accessories for my new Ford M went very smooth it was on time and the service staff were very good. Kim in the parts department was a pleasure to work with. She got me the accessory for my truck at a good price and got it quickly. The service department gave me an appointment that worked with my schedule. She got me the accessory for my truck at a good price and got it quickly. The service department gave me an appointment that worked with my schedule. They installed this accessory in a reasonable amount of time, while I waited. Waiting wasn't so bad, considering the comfy chairs and large TV with shows that interested me. When the install was completed, I was out the door, with a fair price, and a professionally installed, cool Ford accessory. More
