The dealership worked to "move up" the production schedule for me and I received the vehicle significantly ahead of schedule which was greatly appreciated. Most Awesome Car Buying Experience Ever Shawna. This lady goes above and beyond. I’ve bought a lot of cars in my lifetime but never have I heard anyone tell me, “I want your business.” An Shawna. This lady goes above and beyond. I’ve bought a lot of cars in my lifetime but never have I heard anyone tell me, “I want your business.” And she meant it. I was treated with respect and courtesy. She is an encyclopedia of knowledge of Mercedes-Benz products. She made my experience at the dealership ENJOYABLE. Usually I would rather have a root canal than go through the car buying process. Not this time. My finance papers were ready when we arrived and it was fast. My technician introduced me to all the features of my gle350 before I drove off the lot. This customer service was so impressive that Shawna has earned my business. I will continue to purchase my cars with Mercedes-Benz of the Woodlands. I am a customer for life. More

Worst Experience Ever at a Mercedes Dealership Having purchased over 300 cars for myself and my companies, and being an avid collector of exotic and classic cars, I consider myself most qualified t Having purchased over 300 cars for myself and my companies, and being an avid collector of exotic and classic cars, I consider myself most qualified to leave this opinion about MBTW. I recently went to their dealership to have my S550 serviced and to purchase a SUV. I was told by the salesman that MBOTW prices their used cars so low that they only have a maximum of a $1k profit built in to the asking price. This is absurd! I purchased a 2015 GMC Yukon Denali.The used SUV I regretfully purchased had to have a new transmission a week later, and it took the dealership over a month to provide me with the 2nd key and a disk for the NAV to work. It's been in the shop 3 times in the first month at the GMC dealership, and still has issues. For financing, I asked to meet with the F&I Manager (Finance & Insurance) before completing an application. I explained to her that I had excellent credit and that I only wanted the ap submitted to one bank, and no others. Having promised she would do so, I find out hours later that they had submitted my application to approximately five banks; most of which marked the inquiry not as an auto loan, but as personal loan; consumer loan, and etc. The various types of inquiries caused my FICO score to go down over 15 points for 3 years! I've reached out to the Owner/G.M. over three times and despite assurances given me, he has not called me for going on three-(3) months. Intending to file suit. This is the most unprofessional Mercedes dealership I have ever dealt with, in over 20 years of owning Mercedes Benz and other cars. I would recommend you go to another dealership that is befitting of the Mercedes Benz brand. My experience was akin to one at a corner used car lot. More

I was extremely pleased with the deal, on a car that was not easily found, and was better than others in my local area. The dealership was kept open later for customers like me (we were the last), doing a last day of the month deal. We went through F&I (Paula and Arturo were excellent), and things went professionally and smoothly. I didn't feel overly pressured to buy additional items, but did choose the prepaid maintenance. Even though we were at 10pm after F&I (taking less than an hour), Katelyn patiently went through the details and functions of the car to our satisfaction. Most definitely an enjoyable and beautiful experience to start our Benz ownership. I highly recommend the team I worked with! More
