Great service experience I had taken my vehicle in for service at another dealer and had nothing but issues that went on for a year. Since my service with Mercedes-Benz of Ho I had taken my vehicle in for service at another dealer and had nothing but issues that went on for a year. Since my service with Mercedes-Benz of Hoffman Estates, I've not had any issues in the past year. The service team went above and beyond to ensure my issues were resolved and that I had a great experience. Thank you Julio and team! More
