Brought my vehicle in again on 8/1/20 for the same issue from a year ago - water stains on the headliner - and 2 other issues with the vehicle that are covered - 1st: the CSR was complaining to her co-wor from a year ago - water stains on the headliner - and 2 other issues with the vehicle that are covered - 1st: the CSR was complaining to her co-workers (rudely) about how "busy" she was - IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS - 2nd: I wait 1.5 hours for them to tell me they have to research how to fix the issues I have going on (3 of them) and i should hear something on Monday (8/3) - I even explained to the CRS that my 1st, 2nd, and 3rd experience with the service department & dealership has not been acceptable- about 2 weeks goes by and i realize I haven't heard anything so I called and left a message for the Service Department Manager - here it is now 8/31/20 and i haven't heard from a single person at this dealership. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced from ANYWHERE - and I work customer service/sales for over 18 years now - THIS IS 100% UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!! I would never buy anything from this dealership ever again if it was the last one on Earth!!!!!!! I wouldn't TAKE a car from them if there were giving hem away!!!!!! More

Unfortunately, I can’t respect a Honda dealership who doesn’t associate needs for Honda service with a potential purchase (at that time or later). I made all the calls, I pursued the information...I don’t work there. The experience was unfortunate as I have been loyal to Honda for 25 years and am on my 7th Honda vehicle. High estimate, little give and no “pitch” on maybe purchasing something else...disappointing. We will drive further to another Honda dealership who has these basics established. More

On December 30, 2019 I brought the Honda CR-V, which I recently bought from Crown in order to correct the dent in the upper side of the dash. Mr. Veltri confirmed this wasn't normal and said he would call high authority on how to handle this deficiency and report back to me the very next day. He was emphatic about being in contact the very next day. Not only did Mr. Veltri not contact me the very next day, to date he has yet to contact me about this issue. I sent Mr. Veltri and email last night and it is now noon on 1/10/2020 and he still has not contact me. Today I will begin my official letter writing campaign and I will post on social media the absolutely lousy follow through of your service manager. And the hybrid CR-V EXL I called you about, that you said you'd call me once they came into the dealership, well you can forget out it. I dealt with your dealership because I like the way you treated me. You need to work at another Honda dealership that supports your sales efforts. Junab Ali More

Untrustworthy, Rude, do not waste your time! I brought my vehicle in for a standard preventative maintenance service and when they returned my vehicle to me, the AC (which has never given me a pr I brought my vehicle in for a standard preventative maintenance service and when they returned my vehicle to me, the AC (which has never given me a problem) no longer works properly. I reached out the Service Manager John Veltri, who never returned a call. I was at one point in contact with Michelle Dessert, who said she would schedule an appointment to see what caused the AC issue after being in for service and then "go from there", to no surprise, Michelle never did get back to me with the appointment, despite me following up. The last thing Michelle texted me when I inquired about the appointment was that she was "at lunch and will check and see when she gets back", well that is some lunch because 2ks later and she has still not got back to me. I was under the assumption that a General Manager would resolve a simple matter such as this, so I next reached out to Jay Biggerstaff. Spoiler Alert! It's been more than a week and I have left Jay numerous voicemails, and he has not contacted me at all. Clearly good faith and quality service are of no concern for this dealership, even the supposed GM is OK with defrauding a customer and giving me the run around. Do not use this service center. More

Owen Swain was very helpful. His manager would not negotiate on a used Honda with paint damage and torn interior cloth on left front door. Had issues with every single department of this dealership. Emailed the GM on 9.17.19 and still havent heard from him. This is my famlies 3 crown honda used vehicle within the last year!!!! The level of service (or lack there of) and issues with my vehicle are what id expect if i purchased from joe schmoe on craigs lit ... NOT crown ... So disappointed. More
