It was time for a new lease on my daughters car. We connected with new car salesman Enver Bekric. He took the time to answers all questions that I had. When we went in to sign, he had the car polished. He went through every function in the car. He even put in the carseat for my grandson. In all my years or car purchasing Enver Exceeded my expectations! I will gladly and proudly provide referrals to him. I bought a Honda Civic Type R brand new earlier this year. It broke down while driving two separate times, and was towed back to the dealership each time. The car was at the dealership for a total o year. It broke down while driving two separate times, and was towed back to the dealership each time. The car was at the dealership for a total of 24 days; a loaner vehicle was NOT provided. I was left to figure it out for myself, even though it was their initial misdiagnosis. The vehicle was eventually repaired and returned to me recently, with: a greasy steering wheel, scratches on the paint, and a chip on the finish of one of the wheels. An interior cover was removed that was irrelevant to the repair, and was left in the open - not sure why a center console piece was removed to replace the fuel pump. Misdiagnosed the issue and couldn't keep the appointment that was scheduled, resulting in further delays to the correct repair. Lots of lost time with no compensation or formal apology. I would NOT recommend this dealership if you value customer service or loyalty - I will spend my money on a new car at a different dealership next time - live and learn. Note: Michele was very sweet during the entire process. She made a terrible experience bearable. More
